What are your fees? And how long does this process take?

Consociatim creates a collaborative and comprehensive experience for approaching difficult matters that would otherwise go through an attorney's office. Because of this, it's also often faster and therefore less expensive. In everything from our process to our pricing, we want to minimize obstacles to finding solutions.

For 90% of the scenarios we work with, fees are within the range of $3500-6000, and cases take about 1-1.5 business weeks, from initial mediation session to sending you finalized agreements. After our initial screening call, we'll let you know the fee we feel will cover your particular case. 

Note that about 10% of the time, cases prove to be significantly more complex and time-consuming than anticipated. In those scenarios, we'll let you know in advance if we feel additional time and fees may be required.
